We stayed in this hotel for our lacrosse tournament for four nights. The staff were very friendly hotel was clean and worked well for our team.

Hyatt Place was our home for four nights as my grandson played in a Lacrosse Tournament close by. Every aspect of the facility was acceptable and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. You could find enough on the breakfast table to start your day adequately.

There were several juveniles running up and down the stairs and floors striking the doors of guests with their hands and Lacrosse sticks. They would then use the stairwells to run to the next floor. This occurred both nights of my stay.
The floors were also dirty.

We take the comfort and satisfaction of our guests very seriously, and it is disheartening to hear that your stay was affected by the behavior of other guests. Please note that we have security personnel on duty on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as a manager on duty at all times. Any reported disturbances are addressed immediately. It is disappointing when parents do not control their children, making it our staff's responsibility to monitor them.
Regarding the cleanliness of the floors, we apologize for the oversight. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is a top priority for us. We will address this issue with our housekeeping team to ensure that our high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.

Great spot near the King of Prussia Mall. The rooms are a bit "dated" perhaps, but they are in fantastic condition. Very friendly staff.
