This is an unremarkable version of Marriott's SpringHill Suites. But to make it really bad, the Enhanced Wifi that they are supposed to have, for an upcharge, didn't work on a recent stay. I was planning to do an important Zoom videoconference on one of the days I was staying there, and the regular wifi was insufficient to power a videoconference. (Who remembers dial-up?) After staying one night, and spending four hours of my own time on the phone trying to troubleshoot and correct the problem with the offshore technical support center that they farm their tech support out to, we were unable to get it working, so I had to check out and find a decent hotel in the area. When I checked out, the clerk at the desk insisted on charging me for the full stay, with no consideration for the fact that the hotel did not provide what it promised, and that I had been extremely inconvenienced. I have stayed an average of 75-100 nights in Marriott hotels for nearly 30 years, and this was the first time I've ever encountered such a bad experience, and such an uncaring hotel associate. Stay away from this place. There are too many other good hotels who would love to have your business during the pandemic to waste one nickel on this joint.
