Was scheduled to arrive this past Sunday and given the costs have totally INCREASED, it was desired to early check in; called to request and was adamantly told that 3 PM was the check in time, NO exceptions! Now, given the costs HAVE increased $20, Sundays were basically priced at $62, there I was, ready to actually venture to King of Prussia to check in around noon and was TOLD, no!! hahaha I BEEN to King of Prussia so the representative telling me over the phone that they were at "full capacity", an obvious LIE!! Yes, this past Sunday was fathers day, YET again, I BEEN to King of Prussia and KNOW 100% this Motel6 always have ROOMS aplenty still. Again, to have paid $20 MORE than usual, being a MEMBER, which means nothing to motel6, I disregarded my reservation, and glad to NOT have endured a charge against my credit card. Management needs to respect MEMBER-SHIP (why sign up other-wise?) and be lenient as early check in, especially given the cost INCREASE, is not too much an inconvenience; cleaning crew, they work hard, as I SEEN them, yet clearly UNDER-paid they all are. For a chain like Motel6, owners need to be receptive and ATTACHED, not DEtached.

I booked a non-smoking room online. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk had the audacity to tell me I did have a non-smoking room, then we walked to the back of the building just to go into a corridor reeking of cigarettes. The room smelled of second hand smoke.

I went back to the front desk, and they basically told me that they had no other rooms available.

Considering that no other hotels had abundant vacancies in the area, we had to scramble to find another reservation at a premium. Thanks for screwing us over, and I will not trust a Motel 6 in PA ever again.

We recently spent 2 nights at this Motel 6 location. Our experience was awful. We paid for 4 adults and received 2 towels the first night and 1 towel the second night. The first floor stunk of burning weed throughout the day and evening along with fresh ground weed during the morning hours. When looking in the shower, there was hair that was never cleaned up from the previous guests along with shampoo/conditioner caked on the shower walls from multiple previous guests. At 4 am the first evening staying, the fire alarm went off in the hall. No faculty went around banging on doors to alert us. No individual room alarms went off alerting us that the fire alarm was going off, it was just a loud alarm coming from the hall. Upon opening the door, we saw a bunch of individuals going toward the front desk so we closed the door and threw on shoes so we could evacuate if needed. After throwing shoes on, we opened the door again to people sprinting down the halls sceaming there is smoke. At that point, we began to panic, grabbed all of our stuff for the funeral that we drove 700 miles to go to that morning and evacuated. My mom, who has a broken foot tried her best to fast walk/hobble out the exit. After about 10-15 minutes, a gentleman probably in his 20s came around telling us everything was okay and it was just a guy who was high trying to get a room for cheap and got unhappy with the price so he sprayed the fire extinguisher setting off the alarm. When my dad asked about a refund for the inconvenience, the worker replied that they have no control over what happens. A knock on the door stating that the police was taking care of what was going on would have been way more helpful than grabbing our funeral clothes and trying to help my crippled mother out the door fast because it looked like smoke in the hobby. In addition, the morning that we were leaving at 6am, we were walking to the car with all of our belongings and there was a fresh needle lying in the middle of the parking lot next to a beaten up car. I pray and hope that was picked up before a little kid running by picked it up and risked getting a disease from the bodily fluid. Overall, bad experience.
