Was scheduled to arrive this past Sunday and given the costs have totally INCREASED, it was desired to early check in; called to request and was adamantly told that 3 PM was the check in time, NO exceptions! Now, given the costs HAVE increased $20, Sundays were basically priced at $62, there I was, ready to actually venture to King of Prussia to check in around noon and was TOLD, no!! hahaha I BEEN to King of Prussia so the representative telling me over the phone that they were at "full capacity", an obvious LIE!! Yes, this past Sunday was fathers day, YET again, I BEEN to King of Prussia and KNOW 100% this Motel6 always have ROOMS aplenty still. Again, to have paid $20 MORE than usual, being a MEMBER, which means nothing to motel6, I disregarded my reservation, and glad to NOT have endured a charge against my credit card. Management needs to respect MEMBER-SHIP (why sign up other-wise?) and be lenient as early check in, especially given the cost INCREASE, is not too much an inconvenience; cleaning crew, they work hard, as I SEEN them, yet clearly UNDER-paid they all are. For a chain like Motel6, owners need to be receptive and ATTACHED, not DEtached.
