The Owners have remodeled this old high rise, that was probably built in the early 1960's. I had a top floor room, with a grand view of the King of Prussia Mall complex. The rooms accommodations were new, but the bathroom was the smallest, I've ever tried to maneuver in. The hotel showed it's old age with VERY poor water pressure in the bathroom. But the most annoying factor was the Owners Wife. I was trying to check in, about 7:30pm and the wife continually interrupted my front desk transaction with her alarming voice, to every employee, about a 'red plastic bag' = WHAT? Then I saw the Owners wife again, while we were both in the breakfast area. This time she was on another much less 'alarming' trivial issue, with two other employees. Please keep her in the Office area, please ?

Recently a friend and I stayed at this Holiday Inn while attending the Dressage at Devon horse show. When we returned to the room Friday evening we were shocked to discover that there had been NO room service. We attempted to contact the front desk but no one answered. We had to go down ourselves to get fresh towels. We were informed that there is no room service on weekends. The phone was filthy, the tub and the toilet backed up. Again, no one answered from the front desk. Although this hotel claimed to offer a complimentary breakfast it amounted to frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, frozen bagels and cold cereal. Staying at the hotel was definitely the absolute low point of the weekend.

Terrible rooms, had to move twice and was too late in the evening to move a third time. Checked out of room earlier than I wanted to due to smell coming out of bathroom vent. Lost money on this one. Will never return.
