This place should be torn down. It should not be available on any website. It was scary. People were going through cars in the parking lot at midnight, little kids were running around, odd characters lived in the hotel. No coffee or any breakfast. We were afraid to even leave our car. There are big signs in the parking lot that say "Do not leave any valuables in your car." People were smoking marijuana in the rooms. Dark dimly lit hallways. Booking.com took my money and ran -- we left after 20 minutes and so far I am being told I will not get a refund.

This hotel doesn’t deserve a 2 star rating. 1 star is more appropriate.

There is a very strong l cigarettes smell at the lobby. It’s like entering a cheap motel. Guests are allowed to smoke right at the entrance. There are cigarettes butts everywhere. The cigarettes smell will follow you all the way to your room. Smoking appears to be allowed in the building because the smell is incredibly strong. Even the blankets smell like cigarettes.

The “equipped kitchen” advertisement is a blatant lie. The cupboards and drawers are empty. You will have to request kitchen items, even a coffee maker. And when you call the front desk, they never answer the phone. Ever.

The “breakfast” consists of a terrible generic tiny muffin that tastes horrible. That’s all you’ll get. No juice, no coffee. Not even water.

The room was clean, but the cigarettes smell was terrible even though it was a “smoke free” room and floor. The bath tub desperately needs to be replaced. It was shipped all over. The chair also needs to be replaced as it has zero bottom support.

The staff was ok. They just don’t seem to care to ever pick up the phone.

My apartment burnt down and we have been staying here off and on the past few months Jayson and his team here are extremely accommodating and help me out with all my needs. The building is clean and if you need things they do their best to get it for you. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying long term
