Horrible place; Unfriendly; Filthy and Stench-filled hallways; outdated in so many ways; worn-torn towels/washcloths; coffee pots empty before 9am and never refilled; nothing but stale granola bars… simply awful…. If my photos had ‘Odorama’ with them, you’d get the Full Picture!

Nice clean and comfortable, does need to be updated but is clean so that’s the main thing. Staff very knowledgeable and courteous if we needed anything they were there to help and answer any questions

I was disappointed with my recent 4-night stay the Extended Stay America at King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. I received several misleading emails stating that the kitchens were "fully equipped." However this is not what I found. There were no pots/pans, dishes, cups, utensils, coffeemaker, or sponges to use in the kitchen. When I complained the host explained that most guests ask ahead of time for items to be provided. That was not what the ESA emails to me indicated. The host did find some items for us to borrow, but the sauce pan and skillet were battered and the non-stick cooks surfaces were delaminating. They did not look safe to use.
I have medical issues that require a close monitoring of my diet, and so I specifically wanted a kitchen so I could cook my own food. I was not happy with what I was provided.
Additionally, the room floor was dirty and grimy. The room also smelled smoky when this is supposed to be non-smoking room. The other guests were smoking outside our room in the parking lot and the smoke was getting vented into our room. The bath tub was quite worn and needed to be resurfaced. The room was also not sound proofed from the sound of children running in the hallway.
I feel that the ESA did not do a good job communicating the information about the what one needed to do to have "fully equipped kitchen." It was all rather misleading. This also seemed very unprofessional, as well.
Given these problems, the experience was not pleasant. I feel that the I would not plan on staying at Extended Stay America hotels again and I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Unprofessional staff...Totally Ghetto, this Hotel should be shut down, as it is filthy and disgusting. The gross and overpowering smell of secondhand smoke and putrid uncollected garbage is enough to gag a billy goat. Mold and mildew in bathrooms. Filthy bedding and linen, filthy floors. Damaged and nonoperational amenities... if you are a guest and your room is on the lower floors you can count on hearing people stomping their feet above you. Unruly children running amuck in hallways. I wouldn't allow a dog to be subjected to such inhumane filth this hotel has to offer.

Rooms are only serviced once a week - and then there is no consistency. You may or may not get one roll of toilet paper to last you until the next week when again you may get one roll of toilet paper.
Notified the cleaning person as I was exiting my room & they were about to start my weekly room cleaning that a light bulb was burned out. They referred me to the front desk. I spoke to Jayson Miller the General Manager at the Front Desk who said he will replace the burned out bulb. Came back to my room the next day and bulb is still not replaced.
Exterior Hotel doors are supposed to be key card access at night but the hotel staff doesn't turn on the function at the front doors and also props open the front doors.
