The service I received was Excellent and the staff was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. They really made me feel at home. The next time I’m in town I’ll be sure to book here again.

GM Trisha Duffy was great Handling me with my stay she was good with my accommodations, I have in the past move from hotel I am also work in a few myself in the service I received here was really great! enjoy the hotel the cleaners in the location thank you extended-stay king of pressure

First off I wish i could give this place zero stars! Secondly ryan Lee the GM needs to be fired along with 97% of his staff. He gets irritated when you have a issue with one of his disgusting rooms! He gets more irritated when you wanna move out a room because there is blood yes I said blood all over the bathroom floor meaning nobody cleaned this room before they switched us to that room. There was also blood on the skirt of the bed too Ryan Lee refuses to move us so my two children and wife were are forced to stay in such conditions Owas promised a refund from Trish and the Gm Ryan Lee for this visit and was not given a refund.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing stay you had, and we regret the unpleasant service you received from one of our employees. We have taken note of your feedback and have shared it with the appropriate individual to make sure we deliver a better service going forward ensuring this is not repeated in the future. Moreover, we are sorry your suite was not in a spotless condition as it should have been. Our housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do daily and we also have processes in place to double-check each suite prior to occupancy by the next guest. We fell short in our processes and are reviewing them so we can avoid this from happening again. I stayed here & I must say the guy Damon or David whatever his name is. That dude is beyond rude & I will not be staying there if he’s there. He was no type of help my room was dirty & he wouldn’t change it or give a refund bad experience. They need to get better people I won’t be staying there again !

This hotel is very convenient to all shopping, and the rooms have a kitchen so you can cook light meals. The staff is very personable, friendly, and down to earth. Quana was very helpful and professional when we needed assistance after hours. The manager, Trisha is also very friendly and courteous. Overall we would stay again if we are in the area.
Room tip: Rooms on the 3rd Floor are quieter.

We come to this hotel every Sunday & we’ve decided to come back on a week day and I must say Daquan does a wonderful job making our stay comfortable. Not just him they have an amazing staff that will go the extra mile to make your room great thank you Daquan & house keeping staff
