Hyatt was one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. Loved it all the way. Slept incredibly well on the bed in my room. Overall experience was top notch.
I got to give it up to the workers at the front desk. Lori or Laurie was very helpful and honestly just an awesome person. 👌 breakfast was good and hot.
Would definitely consider coming back if im ever in the area !

Hotel and rooms are nice but quiet time needs to be more adhered to and enforced. Breakfast is nice but needs more selections and ample seating.

Excellent hotel not far from Villanova. Comfortable and clean. Very good service at front desk and when requesting help from housekeeping. Quiet at night. Beds were very comfortable. Many amenities in the area, many walkable. My only complaint was the breakfast. It was mostly inedible. I’ve stayed at budget motels with a better breakfast, but this is fixable and hopefully will be. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Hyatt House for one night. We arrived early and since a room was available, it was given to us. The room was very clean and included a coffee pot, fridge and microwave if it was needed. Lobby area and breakfast area are nice to sit in. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which we didn't take full advantage of due to other plans made, but there were a variety of options. They also offer a 10% discount to Melting Pot if you stay there.

Well maintained and clean with some evidence of wear and tear. Great proximity to lots of restaurants and activities. I thought the pool area needed some attention, but that’s not a make or break for this level of Hyatt.
