Hyatt House was a very good choice for us. It was conveniently located adjacent to the King of Prussia Mall and multiple restaurants as well as area attractons. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. Parking was convenient. The staff was helpful and very friendly, from Lori and Amis at the front desk to the cleaning staff. The bed was comfortable. A minifridge and micowave are in the room. An indoor pool is available but wasn't used. Breakfast is included and was good. I would not hesitate to stay here again should we return to the area.

The studio with kitchenette came fully equipped with everything one might need which was a pleasant surprise. Pool was nice and warm which I loved. The breakfast provided was truly horrible and unfortunate with barely any variety and over or underdone food. That was the only disappointing part of my stay. I would recommend however plan for other breakfast arrangements.

Staff at front desk was super friendly and accommodating . Rooms were super clean and hotel is immaculate . Close to everything ! Would stay again in future !
