I stayed here while attending a college reunion. This Hyatt hotel maintains the high standards which I experienced when traveling on business years ago. When I traveled earlier this year, I stayed in 3 different properties, not one hotel was willing to offer breakfast. Kudos to Hyatt!

This was an amazing hotel Book it immediately you won't be disappointed. Clean rooms that are beautifully designed and an amazing staff who were all friendly. I will definitely stay again in the near future

Breakfast is only until 9 am so if you are a late riser on vacay, forget it, you won't get any. Decor could use some refreshing - furniture in my room was worn and the chair was all ripped up. There should be speedbumps in the parking lot. Cars zoom in and out of their parking lot especially the Amazon vehicles. I must have seen this happen a good 10 times. My bed and bathroom had hair from a prior guest so I was a little grossed out by that. However, most of the front desk staff are super nice and friendly (except for one who I didn't speak to but just kept watching my every move whenever I was in her line of sight - late night desk worker). Location is convenient, near many restaurants. You can also check in pets which is a bonus. Overall, I wasn't impressed and just rate it as "ok".
Thank you for your feedback! Our breakfast times are currently the Hyatt standard during the week, as we do have a large supply of business travelers staying with us on weekdays. During the weekend, our breakfast does extend until 10 am to better suit our transient guests. We do apologize that this did not meet your needs in addition to the lackluster appearance of the room. I will definitely touch base with my housekeeping and engineering teams on the issues stated to better improve our operations.
Hotel was nice enough. Was just there for one night. For two people our room and one bath towel, a wash cloth and two hand towels. It was late and we didn’t feel like messing with the front desk. As I was checking out I asked about the towel situation. The woman blamed it on “the virus.” Give me a break. I love how everyone blames “the virus” for every lapse in customer service
Thank you for your feedback on your stay. I do apologize that your room was not properly equipped with towels and that you received a lackluster response from the front desk. Regardless of the pandemic, we do still require our rooms to be fully stocked with towels. Once again, I apologize for any lapse in efficiency both from a housekeeping and customer service perspective. I will touch base with my team and use this feedback to better ourselves going forward.
Decent room, Excellent customer service and location. Across from a very nice mall and very near an awesome grocery store and every kind of restaurant you could ever want to dine at. Beautiful libby but room and bathroom needs updating.
