Tried to leave a review earlier but trip advisor deleted it, so I am trying again! Great hotel, awesome staff. Love the location and the energy of the property. The team is well equipped to make things right for the guests and is super creative. The housekeeper Flo did a great job cleaning my room!
The hotel and rooms were very nice except they do not have full size mirrors which I’ve never been to a hotel without a full size mirror in the room. The pillow were way to soft for me. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. We were told a full breakfast was included which was the works(eggs, 2 meats, grits etc) and then the 1st morning, they didn’t have any meat, no grits and brown bananas, the cook couldn’t speak or understand English. People asked for oatmeal and it was in the back and it was ice cold with no microwave. The 2nd and 3rd morning, they had 1 type of meat (one day sausage and the other day was turkey bacon), still no grits. The layout of where the items are is terrible. Someone put yogurt on their toast cause they thought it was cream cheese since it was near the bread and the cream cheese was way over by the coffee. The 2nd night, we were told the fire pit on the porch was out of propane cause they had it on all day and no one went to get any. We were taken to the train by the shuttle and told we would be picked up that they always had a driver on duty, we called around 6:30-7pm to get picked up and they didn’t have a driver to come get us, we had to call 2 Ubers. They only have two carts for luggage and the parking is a pain too. We were a bit disappointed in the experience.
When we arrived, we got a super-friendly greeting and easy check-in. When we found out that breakfast was later than when we had to leave for a softball tournament, the whole staff was very accommodating and said they would have bagged breakfasts for us to take with us to go. Loved the “happy hour” beverages too!
Front desk is the best!! While we were at dinner nearby at Mortons Steakhouse, these wonderful front desk gals surprised us with balloons, wine, cheese and crackers
Breanna Jackson and Leana Young BOTH should be recognizes. They remember me every time we visit....at least 3 - 4 special occasions per year. BDs, Anniversary, Mothers Day, etc

My recent stay at Element Valley Forge was very enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly. The room was spacious and clean with a kitchenette.
We enjoyed the the pool and larger than normal fitness center which were well-maintained and provided a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes.
Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently situated close to the King of Prussia mall which had a ton of local restaurants.
Overall, our stay at the Element Valley Forge exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel for a business stay or just a weekend away.
