I was an attendee for the Delta Prayer Breakfast on Saturday 4/20 and I stayed overnight on 4/19 in room 422. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The Haverford Room where my organization was allowed to store items for the breakfast had black linen that was soiled , had crumbs and a hair on it. All 4 of them. The cream linen on the round tables were badly wrinkled. Wrinkles were everywhere in the hotel. I noticed on the tables during the breakfast, some of the napkins were nicely folded but badly wrinkled. It was too many and too late to ask for them to be replaced. My room had a fridge that had build-up of spills in crevices that was noticeable . I asked for it to be cleaned and the man from housekeeping (who was very kind and responsive) scrubbed as hard as he could and could not get it out. When it's not crude from your own food, you don't want to put your food next to it. When my roommate went to the front desk to ask for the fridge to be replaced, she was given a rude reply, "I'm not switching out that refrigerator unless it is broken!" The maintenance man named Dennis , was more kind and hospitable. He searched and found a fridge that was not being used and in better condition and changed it out. He didn't have to do it, but he wanted to help us feel better about our Sheraton experience. He and the housekeeping gentleman saved this review from being terrible. I am only giving it 5 stars because I want Mr. Dennis to get his $10. He deserves more.
