The entire facility is unkept and generally messy. I noticed the same vacuum cleaner sitting next to the lobby elevator for more than 12 hours, the hallway floors are dusted with crumbs, and of course, the pot-smokers go out into the hallway to avoid any penalties from smoking in the room. It is the little things that business travelers notice. This is not a business hotel. I realized that at check in.

Upon arrival, the front desk was courteous. When arrived to my room, I immediately started to clean. When I pulled the top sheet back there was a blood stain on the sheet - it appears the sheets were washed but the stain was still noticeable. I was appalled because my understanding is if any of the linen is stained that housekeeping is aware to throw it away. I called the front desk to ask for new sheets but at the time no one from housekeeping was available. The front desk sent an employee - who by the way was awesome to “help me” change the sheets. When he brought the new linens, those too had stains. After the two times him and I attempted to change the sheets the third time was a charm. Originally, my stay was 3 days but I checked out the next day. I voiced my concerns to the front desk- the supervisor who checked me in and she stated - oh, he said that we were all good. Yes, after 3 sets of sheets. She offered me points as I am a Titanium Elite member but I never received them. I am hesitant to stay here again.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was old and dingy. The toilet was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. There was someone’s left over soap in the shower still. This made me question the entire rooms cleanliness. The hallways were dirty with trash and part of the carpet had been cut out. I would never stay here again. The Spring Hill suites down the road is much newer and nicer.

Room tip: Drive past this hotel and stay somewhere else

This is a very nice hotel.
It is right near the shopping mall and close to good restaurants.
The parking is great and the property is well maintained.
The area seemed very safe
It is easy to get to from Philadelphia - very conveniently located!

Erika at the front desk was very helpful at check in.

On Friday evening we spent the night at the Fairfield Inn adjacent to the King of Prussia shopping mall. We have stayed there previously. This was another good experience. The hotel was reasonably priced. The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel is located across the parking lot for the mall, although logically you drive.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed. The eggs were moist and tasty. The port sauces were excellent. There was plenty of selection and the quality of the food was excellent.

There is ample parking. As a bonus, Costco is right behind the hotel. The parking areas appear to be adjacent.

We would return.

When we got there the guy seemed nice.YET to come later we would never stay here again.SO there was this hockey team of kids and yes there were a little loud in the hallway, if i was a manager i would have told them to pipe it down a notch, but this guy had different plans, HE SCREAMED at them and grabbed all of them and held them captive down in the lobby until an adult came, after one of the dads came he gave the whole lobby a SCREAMING talk about how this loud talking will NEVER be tolerated in his hotel, during this man’s talk i was getting on the elevator, and i was Harassed to get of in the loudest voice ever i think i lost some ear drums,he told me to sit right there as he talked to everyone ever tho i was just minding my business not LOOKING not TALKING NORE walking loud, a lady who was in the lobby yelled at the man because you can’t just talk to a kid nore a stranger who had nothing to do with the issue. The moral of the story is that you should never ever come to this hotel if you have kids who wanna have a little fun or just kids in general.

Room tip: hotel not for kids
