Decent Hotel. Never received the promised 'bonus points'

2.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 12 Feb 2023
Decent hotel. During check-in you can play the 'spin the wheel' game and they will give you bonus points in your Marriott Bonvoy account based on where you land. I did that but never received credit for the points. I called back a week after my stay to request for the points and the rude front desk person said that the Manager will deposit the points whenever she gets time to do it. And she is very busy at this time. It seems this is juist a gimmick and they don't intend to give you the 'bonus' points.

Family stayed for 1 night recently. Great area, lots of shops and restaurants. Small hotel and it was a little outdated, but the room and bathroom was clean. Decent hotel for the price. The staff at the desk was friendly.

Very Good! Ajhane was the customer check in that day. She was delightful. We spun a wheel to win points on our Marriott card. Ajhane offered free water and snacks. She told us about the free breakfast/free parking and all the restaurants in walking distance. We bar hopped through the mall starting at Bahamas breezes (drinks are fun) .. then Legal seafood happy hour and Bartaco (food ,atmosphere and drinks were great)happy hour. The high end shops are across from the Macy’s in the next mall Gucci, Tiffany, etc. The hotel is across the street from Macy’s. It was a weekday so we had the mall to ourselves. The Christmas music is already playing and it was a fun overnight trip .. hotel price $100. You could take a bus to Philadelphia (half hour ride) and probably the local casinos. The hotel itself was clean with a 60 inch TV and couch. King bed with dark (jetlag no light) shades on the windows. It was quiet. The bathroom was clean and new. Price and location.. can’t be compared. Thank you Ajhane your customer service needs to be recognized.. you are special❤️

Room tip: Walk straight past Crowne plaza cross the street and walk through parking lot to Macy’s.

We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn at the King of Prussia Mall. The hotel is pretty new and the rooms are being renovated, if they haven’t been already. Put another way, the rooms are fine.

The bathrooms are great. They have blackout curtains on the windows by the bed.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Your room rate includes breakfast. There is plenty of free parking. You can see the mall across the parking lot. The local Costco is behind the hotel.

The breakfast is pretty basic.

When we visit the mall and have dinner at a local restaurant, this is where we like to stay.

We stayed here this past weekend in June 2022 for my son’s graduation. The hotel was in the perfect location next to the King of Prussia mall as well as minutes away from Cabrini College. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. It was also very quiet as it overlooked the parking lot so no traffic noise. It was a sold out weekend with a Lacrosse Tournament in town and was still very quiet. The front desk employees are very kind, gracious and helpful as was everyone in housekeeping. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and for a Fairfield inn offered hot options every morning such as eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage as well as all the other continental options. On Friday evening they had complimentary cookies and soft pretzels in the lobby. We especially enjoyed talking with Tony at breakfast, such a friendly and welcoming person and made everyone there feel welcome. It was nice to have this personal touch. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Located by a mall and close to lots of businesses, convenient place to stay if your goal is to shop. Parking spots are tight but plentiful. No recognition of Marriott loyalty membership at check-in. The hotel overall was not as clean as I have come to expect for a Marriott. The exterior had a lot of debris amongst the shrubs. The soap from the prior guest was left in the shower. Breakfast offerings was typical. If you are a tea drinker, be careful as the hot water was perched above the coffees and I burnt myself. I would return if the price point was optimal since it was a convenient location, but I would probably try another Marriott property.
