BED BUG INFESTATION!! Barbara was right! The previous review wasn’t exaggerating—it's absolutely true. Room 506 and Room 508 are crawling with bed bugs! Don't be fooled into believing they've inspected and cleared all the rooms. They haven't, and it's a nightmare! Stay away!
The hotel refuses to accept cash however it does not advertise this truly un american thought process, while i need to research it, i am unsure if it is even legal to refuse cash, certainly not without notifying you , otherwise the hotel was ok, room was ok, breakfast was cardboardish , so i will never go back there and would not recommend it to anyone
This is now our go to hotel. Very nice rooms fairly priced right near everything. Super helpful staff. Cute continental breakfast included. About 15 minutes from Villanova University and like an hour or so from Amish country not to mention the hug mall
Clean hotel. Mattress not encased in protecter. Rooms updated. Noisy from street traffic in room. Nice breakfast and fitness room, peloton bike in the room. Staff friendly. Would stay again, would just ask not to be on that end of the hotel( busy highway).
A terrible experience due to the bed bugs In the hotel room. I had a horrible, sleepness night even after changing my room and finding bed bugs in that one also . I will never stay there again. They did comp my room, but Hilton corporate will not provide a voucher for a free night at another Hilton brand. Bad customer service
