This is now our go to hotel. Very nice rooms fairly priced right near everything. Super helpful staff. Cute continental breakfast included. About 15 minutes from Villanova University and like an hour or so from Amish country not to mention the hug mall
Clean hotel. Mattress not encased in protecter. Rooms updated. Noisy from street traffic in room. Nice breakfast and fitness room, peloton bike in the room. Staff friendly. Would stay again, would just ask not to be on that end of the hotel( busy highway).
A terrible experience due to the bed bugs In the hotel room. I had a horrible, sleepness night even after changing my room and finding bed bugs in that one also . I will never stay there again. They did comp my room, but Hilton corporate will not provide a voucher for a free night at another Hilton brand. Bad customer service
The odd numbered rooms face the turnpike and are way too loud. Staff is inconsistent and I was only moved to other side on third try. Very noisy hotel (barking dogs/quarreling guests). This is hotel is not up to Hampton Inn standards. I will not stay here again.
Not a bad hotel physically, but I was treated poorly by staff. I am a lifetime diamond member who checked in the day before and selected a room on the quiet side of the hotel. My digital key was issued at 1pm on the date of arrival for a different room on the Pennsylvania Turnpike side of the hotel. I called the hotel immediately, and the front desk said no problem we can fix when I arrive. I arrived at 330pm, and the desk person couldn’t care less, said the quiet side of the hotel was full, and too bad, I was stuck on the noisy side of the hotel. Person was rude and couldn’t care less. Just poor customer service! I checked into a room that supposedly was unavailable…..so why waste my life checking in. Will never stay here again, after 1400 Hilton stays….Hilton is going downhill, and they just don’t care anymore! Maximize profits, minimize service. BAD EXPERIENCE
