A terrible experience due to the bed bugs In the hotel room. I had a horrible, sleepness night even after changing my room and finding bed bugs in that one also . I will never stay there again. They did comp my room, but Hilton corporate will not provide a voucher for a free night at another Hilton brand. Bad customer service
The odd numbered rooms face the turnpike and are way too loud. Staff is inconsistent and I was only moved to other side on third try. Very noisy hotel (barking dogs/quarreling guests). This is hotel is not up to Hampton Inn standards. I will not stay here again.
Not a bad hotel physically, but I was treated poorly by staff. I am a lifetime diamond member who checked in the day before and selected a room on the quiet side of the hotel. My digital key was issued at 1pm on the date of arrival for a different room on the Pennsylvania Turnpike side of the hotel. I called the hotel immediately, and the front desk said no problem we can fix when I arrive. I arrived at 330pm, and the desk person couldn’t care less, said the quiet side of the hotel was full, and too bad, I was stuck on the noisy side of the hotel. Person was rude and couldn’t care less. Just poor customer service! I checked into a room that supposedly was unavailable…..so why waste my life checking in. Will never stay here again, after 1400 Hilton stays….Hilton is going downhill, and they just don’t care anymore! Maximize profits, minimize service. BAD EXPERIENCE
The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't like the shower configuration. The door was fixed, in place, at the side of the shower spigot and water control, so you had to step into the shower to control the water. I learned after the first morning to hug the wall to not completely be frozen by the water being turned on.
The breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly. The doors to the hallway were loud. The hotel should consider making the doors close more softly so they don't slam each time they are closed.
Would this prevent me from staying here again? Absolutely not. I've stayed here multiple times over many years. A good value for the price.

I woke up to mice running on the floor. The first time I’ve seen a mice infestation at a hotel. Hotel would not refund since I booked through a 3rd party. Terrible experience! Book elsewhere!
