Not a bad hotel physically, but I was treated poorly by staff. I am a lifetime diamond member who checked in the day before and selected a room on the quiet side of the hotel. My digital key was issued at 1pm on the date of arrival for a different room on the Pennsylvania Turnpike side of the hotel. I called the hotel immediately, and the front desk said no problem we can fix when I arrive. I arrived at 330pm, and the desk person couldn’t care less, said the quiet side of the hotel was full, and too bad, I was stuck on the noisy side of the hotel. Person was rude and couldn’t care less. Just poor customer service! I checked into a room that supposedly was unavailable…..so why waste my life checking in. Will never stay here again, after 1400 Hilton stays….Hilton is going downhill, and they just don’t care anymore! Maximize profits, minimize service. BAD EXPERIENCE
