There was vomit or feces in the back of the toilet seat in the grooves. I went to the front desk and showed William a picture of it. He let see two other rooms but they were dirty and one had dead bugs in it. He offered me Hilton rewards points because he could not comp a night because I pre-paid. I was told by William that he would talk to his boss but when we checked out all he said was "bye". So I ended up cleaning the toilet myself, and I was not given any refund. It was disgusting!! I will never stay at a Hampton Inn nor will I stay at another Hilton chain hotel. I'm very angry!!
