Our room was large, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Unfortunately, though, two days the water was only lukewarm in the shower and one night our room smelled strongly of smoke (assume it wafted in under the door). Convenient location but likely will not stay here again.
Horrible. Some rude lady called me from the hotel at 10pm to tell me they were canceling my reservation for that night supposedly because the bank declined the charge (which is a lie because I checked with the bank) and because it was past 9pm. I asked if I could just make a new reservation and she said no because they were fully booked. The hotel cancels your reservation if you don’t check in by 9pm? So ridiculous. What if I was coming in on a late flight? I read all the fine print on my confirmation email and nowhere did it say anything like that. Left me scrambling (ar 10pm) to find somewhere to stay for the night. HORRIBLE
I stayed here two nights with my mom and grandma. We went to South Philly to meet grandmas friend. It was a lot of fun. We walked around and went to dinner at Cheesecake Factory. I got the Skinnylicious chicken pot pie and it was delicious!
We found where grandma grew up and it was a fun time!
My colleagues and I spent the last 11 nights here and it felt like a home from home. Lovely clean comfortable hotel but what makes it is the hotel staff. Every team member was amazing, friendly and helpful. In particular an enormous thank you to Kim head of sales, Brook at reception and Shannon head of house keeping.
I look forward to returning to meet what now feels like old friends.
This annual family trip was fine at the Hampton Inn. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Only negative, as you can get at any hotel, was some highway sound. Overall, we would come back here again next year.
