Nice place for a quick stop

Went here because it is a Boyd property and we use them in other states. Obviously they're trying to upgrade this property, because some areas need it. Room was very comfortable and clean. We used express check in and were not told of several informational points (no housekeeping, how to get more towels, pool rules). Casino was small but clean. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Not a lot of food choices on the property.

Very small casino compared to AC & others in the area. However for my 1st visit I was surprised to win two hand pays less than one hour of each other!!! The variety of slots is nice and the environment was comfortable... The only complaint was that the rewards desk is off from the entry and although I had already passed through security the guards open the ropes to have me pass through again very weird when I'm already on the premises 😳

This is our first stay at the hotel and even though it was comped (free)- it will be our last.

The room itself was nice and we were so excited for our Halloween night stay!

During times of COVID-19, housekeeping needs to do be mindful and make sure the rooms are cleaned properly. We woke up the following day to find BLOOD on my husbands side of the bed. This was obviously from whoever was in the room before. Not only that but there was also a huge cigarette burn on the comforter (our room was nonsmoking). We were disgusted that we checked out early and didn’t even gamble the 2nd day.

As an added bonus- people left their kids unattended while they went gambling and children were running up and down the hallways (which reeked of weed), pounding on walls and jumping on beds at 8am. Seriously???

Casino is medium sized. Loved the hotel. Beds are very comfortable and clean. The casino was fun, however, the music piped in is TERRIBLE!! I travel to many casinos and this is by far the worst music I have ever heard in a casino. I don't plan to return this until they change their style of music.

Went for an anniversary get away, the casino is small but more importantly the customer service is horrible. Waited over an hour for a drink at the casino, waitress took order for one on break, but manager had no answer as to how she would know it was our drinks, made us go back to the slots we were playing before just giving us our drink. Told us only 2 complimentary drinks per customer! We could have gone to our room multiple times and just got our own beers we bought. Ate at the tavern bit over priced, fries were delivered cold, my sandwich was wrong and had to be returned. The bartender Dave was only employee who knew how to treat customers and provide service.

Room tip: Request one with a window

Me and my wife stayed a week end for a conference and a vacation. Casino was bit crowded. We are not in gambling anyway but had a bit of fun with luck. Nice restaurants. Good Breakfast. King of Prussia Mall is near by.
