We had a three night getaway to the resort with our 10 month old baby and it was outstanding - it was difficult to leave! We were told the resort was pretty much full but you wouldnt't have known with a very relaxed vibe throughout. The main pool was excellent with beautiful cabana's and chairs - and no issues with getting towels or a space to relax for the day. With our baby we didn't make it to the adults only pool so can't comment on that. The dining options were ok, and was the area we thought the resort could make some improvements too - in particular the in room dining options and increasing gluten free options. We went to the day spa and had fantastic massages, would highly recommend if you are staying at the resort, but book ahead! The villa accommodation was perfect. We loved the ability to park our car at the villa, which saved a lot of time when we went venturing into Byron Bay. The room had everything and more you need for a holiday. Not super high end, but luxurious and fit in with the natural environment. Another tip is to make use of the beachside caravan bar if it is open when you are there. Was a nice way to end the day for us. Highly recommended for a family, couples, or just if you need to take a break to recharge. With the standard of resorts in Australia generally pretty average compared to many other places in the world, this is a world class resort and we will be back!
