Great hotel. Not for people who want a hotel for a holiday but for short stays for business absolutely great. Rooms spacious and clean and lots of car parking. Gentleman on reception was charismatic and enthusiastic. Breakfast served in pub next door was good but service could of been better.

Reception staff were not particularly friendly. Provided a room card key that didn't work so had to mess around trying to sort. The room was very small and basic with a very loud extraction fan that remained on whilst the lights were on. When I asked at reception the staff were defensive and rude. Worse Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. As for the pub next door...The winning post. Don't even bother. Abrupt rude bar staff; unhelpful and clearly unhappy in his work. Strongly DON'T recommend

My experience of Premier Inn is pretty good, wherever I've used them, and the Twickenham Stadium branch is no exception.

On the main dual carriageway into London, be watchful as the hotel is set back from the road and you don't want to miss it!

Helpful staff, clean ground floor room, good location for walking anywhere in the Twickenham area (the Green is 'cross country').

Short break room was clean tidy and had great facilities. The location is handy for twickenham feltham and even london is easily accessible. Would definitely recommend premier inns to people wishing to stay in affordable accommodation

This hotel has been revamped and the rooms are large. The reception is small and unwelcoming. The restaurant requires a makeover and so doest the menu and the service. On 27 Feb I received exceptional service from Marta who went out her way for find me a take way and gave me her phone to them. In the morning another lady at the reception took time to chat with me regarding my stay which was quiet pleasant Good place to book if you are on business. Parking is free.
