This is located just opposite to a river flow. View is beautiful with river flowing and a small park. This locality is very peaceful. Rooms were very nice and even bathrooms. They had provided good toiletries too. Bed was very comfortable. It had free wifi and also breakfast.

Breakfast was good. They made nice omelets and porched eggs. But i am not very much comfortable with the same menu everyday, so i used to go out for breakfast.

Clean, modern and friendly hotel. Parts have been refurbished, especially reception and restaurant/bar. Excellent location close to town and not to far from rugby, about 30 min walk. Slightly pricey food. Breakfast disorganised and please get tubs of spread rather than put two little bits on each table.
Bedroom needed a net at window as faced onto street. Good quality coffee machine in room. Be back in May 2016

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. They were beautifully appointed and tremendous value for money. I would recommend anyone to stay here as the rooms are far better than anything in the neighbourhood. The one downside is the tables and chairs in the attached pub are a little tired and in need of refurbishment.

I stopped staying in Central London years ago and choose places a decent train ride out, and which in total is miles cheaper. Chose this place in Twickenham after reading Trip reviews and not disappointed. Check in was quick and security lift to upper floors presumably to combat the crowds on rugby days.

I had a room at the front overlooking the river and while there was a little traffic noise at rush hours, It did not disturb me. What did was the guy on the floor above who seemed to be walking for England - the floor boards did make a heck of a noise and had to turn up the TV. Overall though the room had all mod cons including free wifi, excellent large bed with high quality linen, and a decent size bathroom with a bath which was easy in and out. The mini bar looked expensive, but isn't it usually?! If I wanted to be picky, my only real crit would be that the room was not well lit in the evening though this may be intentional.

I had dinner with a friend one evening and the food was what I would have expected, This is not fine dining but it was adequate. The cooked breakfast was very good - NOT a buffet.

Overall I would thoroughly recommend and will stay there again when in London on business. The nearest station is Strawberry Hill though you can go to Twickenham Station for the fast trains.

We stayed here for one night and were blown away. The room was truly exceptional. We travel a lot world wide and cannot think of a better hotel we have stayed in.

The room was large with a couple of seating areas and of course an en suite. The en suite was kitted out with push on/off taps which lit up when you turned them to regulate the water temperature and the crowning glory being the mirror that demisted itself!!!!

The room had the usual amenities such as hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe and mini bar, TV. Coffee was courtesy of a Nespresso machine and fresh milk in the fridge- a very welcome touch of class.

Breakfast was included in the price and was lovely. Continental breakfast is laid out along with fruit juice and coffee pots so you can help yourself. In addition you can also order from the cooked breakfast menu.

If we were coming back to the London area we reckon this is where we will stay.

The hotel does have an underground car park which coming in from the direction we came was not apparent. We parked out front but if that is full the underground car park entrance is on the road alongside the hotel.

With everything being pretty much perfect and with so much attention to detail it was disappointing that there were no robes in the room. This however does not lessen how I would score this hotel and if there had been robes and if it were possible to score higher, it would have been a 5 plus!!!

We believe we have found our perfect hotel!
