OMG what can I say fantastic place. Well equipped excellently clean could fault nothing bonus WiFi. I can’t recommend enough
Nice little cottage with a small murmuring mill-river at its side. Very quiet, situated in a little village overlooking the fields with cows or sheep. All the Wiltshire-attractions in short distance: the white horses, the crop-circles, Savernake Forest, Stonehenge, Avebury, Salisbury, the Kennet-and-Avon-Canal, the Iron-age hill-forts, the Ridgeway, the downs with dozens of great footpathes with many stunning wiews over the green valleys, Bath and Bristol are also not far away. The tiny, cosy cottage is perfect to relax after your visits or walks. We love it!
We had a wonderful time. The cottage met all our expectations and more. We particularly envoyed the quiet location, the beautiful garden and the fact that there was so much to do and see within a short distance. We certainly would recommend Stable Cottage to any of our friends.
The cottage is a cottage in the real sense. The location is lovely: on the edge of a village with free space on the back side and a grid of walking paths starting a few steps away. The interior is not big, but functional, clean and cosy, and bright. We certainly return to it!
This lovely cottage is perfect for a short break with lots to do and see within good reach.
The friendly and welcoming owners have made sure that visitors have every comfort during their stay. Book this cottage and you will not be disappointed!
