Simply lovely. The staff were accommodating when I was booking this place. I had to add an extra day the lady at the front desk was quite ingenious and worked hard to give us a comparable rate that was close to the price of the original booking.
The breakfast was not the greatest. I guess I should have stuck to the toast and waffles.
I would stay here again.
I wasn't sure what we would find at an extended stay type hotel, but the rooms were brand new. Awesome shower! The staff I dealt with were great, but they were obviously short-staffed. It's a Mainstay Suites & Comfort Inn in the same building. It was packed & only 1 person at the desk, so lines checking in & out. The staff had trouble keeping breakfast supplied. The one huge downer is the toilet in the room was child sized. Not much over 12" high. Ridiculously low! If the rest of the room wasn't so nice, I'd be giving it a 3. Way overpriced.
The MainStay Suites near Willow Grove, PA was an excellent choice. Lots of ample parking, efficient check-in process, clean and renovated rooms, great air-conditioning and deluxe channels on the television. I really enjoyed the staff who worked at this location as well, as they ensured my stay was excellent.
We had 2 rooms reserved and they refused to honor our expedia reservations. Tried to charge us an extra $100 a room. Receptionist flat out said they do not honor expedia reservations even when Expedia rep called her. Worst experience at a hotel ever.
