Disappointed. I wanted to love. Did not appreciate being placed next to loud hallway HVAC system. Hotel not full, so don’t understand why I drew the short straw. Front desk said, engineer looked at it, and …?
Great location. Looks like it’s been re-furbed. Like I said, I wanted to love, but did not get treated like a guest. I cannot recommend.
We worked with Katrina to help set up rooms for my son's wedding. She was so helpful and patient with us. Katrina was on top of everything during our hectic time. Our family and friends really enjoyed their stay here. Many were from out of state, and it was close to the turnpike for easy off and on. i would definitely be back. The staff was so helpful no matter the time.
I came here with a group for a crafting weekend. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I wish there had been a switch to turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Although my room faced the road, the noise was minimal. Our conference room was huge and we had plenty of space to do our projects (and the lighting was great). Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options. There were 57 of us there and I think a group that size overwhelmed the kitchen with custom food orders, maybe up the staff if you know a large group is coming. Dinner buffets were good, a little high on the price, but it was super convenient. Would recommend staying here!
We stayed here because it lies between my sister's home in Pottstown, and the event venue we were attending in Downingtown. The hotel is right off highway 100, literally about a quarter mile from the entrance ramp. Hotel was clean and has an onsite restaurant (we did not get to use), pool and fitness room.
A solid hotel, with gym, restaurant and bar. One of the best hotels in the area. Staff look after guests too.
Breakfast timing and quality is good; other hotels in the vicinity don’t offer the same choices of hot and cold breakfasts.
