Replace nasty and destroyed furniture. Retrain housekeeping staff. I will say no more. I'm honest but will not assassinate the character of an individual. I'm disappointed after many years with this hotel. I don't understand the logic behind my experience.

Easy check in/check out process and clean hotel great for a quick one day trip. Convenient location for where I needed to go for my business meeting, as well as many restaurant/food choices close by to grab dinner. The staff were friendly. The breakfast choices were good, and there was plenty to grab a bite to eat before starting the day.

I really enjoy staying here. Facility is clean and relatively quiet. This is my go to place to stay in the Philly area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and they have a small convience store behind the reception counter.

Husband needs medical treatment in the area and we are appx. 2 hours away from home. I spoke with sales director (Vicki) prior to arrival about a discounted rate (for medical reasons) for 27 nights (not consecutive) over a seven week period. She offered a rate and I made reservations by telephone w/ the understanding that the rate would then be applied to the existing reservations upon arrival at the hotel........ Sadly - and I should have known better - this was not honored. The hotel was chosen for its proximity to the medical facility.
There is a fan and wet floor sign outside of the room we checked in to (obviously a water/sewer/maintenance issue). The smell is unpleasant and facility/rooms are in need of maintenance and upgrades.
We won't be returning after this week's stay. To Vicki and Richard (her director), do better..... be better..... no one should arrive at hotel after the first of thirty-four cancer treatments and have to deal with this. Honor what you committed to, your actions reflect directly on the Hyatt name...... and the Hyatt name (worldwide) has been forever ruined in our eyes.

I do apologize for any confusion cased by Vickie or Richard and the male employee you spoke to at the desk since Saude did mention he never spoke to you. However all reservations for long term guests must be consecutive in order to receive the discounted rate.

Double bed suite was roomy, clean and quiet. Beds were super comfy, we slept great. Guy at front desk was helpful and friendly.
