I always stay here for work. It is a great experience and the staff is always helpful. Rooms are clean and are always tidy for when you arrive.

room is clean, staff are courteous, breakfast area is clean, the staff at breakfast has always been very pleasant and helpful. Very convenient location. Cosy environment and landscape.

Sad to say we have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never had such a poor experience. The staff at the front desk were kind and caught in a bad position. To begin with 3 of the 4 washers were not working. When I tried to use the last one it ended up breaking down and it took me until 2 am to squeeze and rinse out my clothes to try to dry. There was no compensation for the cost of all the extra drying cycles.
This is something that happens frequently.
Housekeeping didn't come to replace towels and provide toilet paper. The desk would only give one roll of tp as if it were a rare commodity.
The beds are very uncomfortable and the bathrooms need to be repaired and painted. We had brown water in our shower the first two days.
We had asked for a meeting room for a family gathering. We were asked to use the bar area when the hour got later and more guests had checked in. The bartender was closing the bar when we were moving into the area and he got very loud and abusive and became threatening as he came around the bar towards one of our family members. I brought this all to the attention of management who basically blew us off. The bartender told us he quit that night and it was our fault. He didn't. He is still there.
All this being said we will NOT be staying at the Hyatt House Plymouth Meeting ever again. We have spent thousands of dollars at this hotel over the years and truly expected something a little better.
