Stayed here to celebrate a special occasion with family from far away and had a wonderful time! Rooms were amazing, the pictures of the suite on the website when we booked did not do the place justice. Breakfast was amazing, and staff was helpful in identifying gluten free options for our family (which there were plenty!). 9 year old loved the pool, and we all slept better than at home. 10/10 would stay again!

The staff was excellent however the room was not totally clean when we got there. It was very outdated. The bed was comfortable enough however, the two nights I had to sleep on the sofa bed was terrible stains on the mattress. And you could feel the springs The mattress was so thin. The breakfast was average.

Worst experience ever me and my family checked in and had a reservation for 2 nights I paid for 1 night and told them i would pay for the following night in the morning only because i have a check that needs to clear. In the morning the Asian lady cancelled my reservation knocked on my door and told my children we need to check out and leave asking what nationality we were unacceptable and disgusting snotty attitude my daughter told her please stop knocking on the door my brother is Autistic and has anxiety she is very rude and had a disgusting attitude! Shame on this hotel there staff needs extensive training against racial discrimination, and people with disabilities do not stay here avoid this hotel at all cost. if you’re not Philippine, they will cancel your reservation and kick you out in the morning with no reasoning!!
Room was booked over the phone and was not what I had requested. Front desk didn't care. Hotel needs a refresh - carpet has seen MUCH better days. Vanity light above sink did not work and they were unable to fix it, saying they didn't have the tools. Seriously? What kind of hotel can't fix a light???
