very clean room, beyond met our expectations

Our room was ready way before we needed to check in and I was able to put our room keys on our phones. The room was very clean and up to high standards. The check out process was very easy and the 12pm check out was another perk!

From the front of the house until the back of the house were all wonderful. Helped are stay be great. We couldn't had ask for a better place to stay to celebrate the wedding of my son. Thank you Hyatt House

The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. Beautiful up to date bathroom and the hotel is in a decent area. Staff are friendly. Elevator was out of order at night but nothing too bad. Breakfast didn’t look appetizing but the hotel is close to many food places.

The original room we were placed in had a disgusting large brown stain on the sheets, a big yellow stain and hairs. The toilet in that room was covered in pee and hair. The front desk was really kind and understanding and moved us to a different room however, this room had a sticky substance and hairs all over the counter and a small brown stain on the comforter. Overall, I was left feeling disgusted.
