I’m going to start by saying the staff were all kind and helpful. The room was clean, however it was a non smoking room that smelled of smoke. In fairness, I was asked if I would like to move my room. There are no glass or plastic cups in the room, no in-room fridge, an older flat screen TV, the soda machine in hall was broken. The indoor pool needs a good cleaning and the water was ice cold. Though called a farm hotel, the rooms and the feel is quite contemporary and more conference center than hotel. The bar seems to be an afterthought, not much attention to detail and a disinterested bar tender. If you are looking for an old world “farmhouse” feel, check out the Joseph Ambler Inn close by.
