This is the 2nd stay for me within the past 3 years and the feeling was just the same: It didn't feel like I was in a hotel. In fact, I wish that when I was renting an apartment, it had been so comfy and convenient and welcoming like this place. The thermostat was very responsive to my settings. I did not hear any sound for the 3 nights being there. There were problems with the toilet seat and the conditioner dispenser, but both were fixed by the time I got back from work. The breakfast choices were not lavish, but tasty. The cut fruits were fresh and vibrant.

I must say I really enjoyed this short business trip. I love that this hotel is set up apartment style. I stayed in a ground floor unit. The room had modern furniture. The kitchen had a full size stove with oven.

I have no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Perfectly good Residence Inn but it just needs refurb. I had a great room with an additional mezzanine so nonissue with size and the Marriott Bed was as comfy as ever.
Power in the shower was poor and the decor just feels dated.
On the plus side the staff are really friendly and helpful which is great and breakfast choice was also good.
It also needs a bigger gym. 2 treadmills and a cross trainer isn’t enough.
With a brand new Fairfield Inn just up the road the Residence Inn needs to up its game.
