Busy weekend, hot tub was good at the end of the night. Bartender, Kelsey, made a poison apple margarita - so good & Heavyns Fries are delicious. Ladies at the desk were friendly & helpful.
Parking lot needs work, potholes & new parking lines.

Not a bad Hotel at all. Like getting poolside rooms so we are close to the pool, bar, and breakfast buffet. Breakfast believe it or not was pretty good as well! I make 2 plates for me and my wife and go back to the room. Short drive to our hangout too!

We booked 3 king rooms here on a Tuesday afternoon. Hotel could definitely use updates in the rooms but beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. There is a pub type restaurant onsite and food was good as was breakfast, (which is free). The indoor pool area was awesome and you could book poolside rooms with balconies. The best part was the staff! They were all very friendly and helpful.

It was fine. No edible breakfast and the halls and elevator were dirty and the check in woman was rude.

Do not stay here.!!! The hotel has not done any maintenance in years. One elevator has been out of order for at least 5 years. The rooms are dirty, have cobwebs and used tiisues behind the bedside table. Our clock was on the floor behind the bedside table where it remained. Not enough outlets. The toilets too low, in some rooms. We found hair in the bathtubs. The staff is unprofessional. Some of them did not have anything on to indicate that they were employees. The breakfast not stocked and cold. The bar not stocked & ran out of Pinot Grigio. The carpeting has stains as do the bathrooms. Both external and inside doors do not lock, stairwells unsafe with uneven tiles and missing treads. The parking lot has a lot of potholes. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Manager unavailable and does not return calls. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE, Stay in Cranberry.
