Just had one of the best seafood dishes I ever had. It was Gata- a filipino seafood stew. All the seafood and shellfish came cooked absolutely perfectly in a small pot with a ginger cocoanut sauce on the bottom, not drowning the other ingredients. Jasmine rice on the side to soak up the sauce. Wow is all I can say. Always fun to venture to Yachats for the first time and fall into very memorable experience.
