Our family loved this house. The beach was 2 minutes away. It was a few blocks from the beginning of the South Promenade and this made for a nice walk to Seaside and all the shops. The neighborhood was very quiet.
The house was very comfortable. The art work, bathrooms and the windows in the living area made it very unique. The kitchen had everything you needed and them some. It was a pleasure to cook there.
We had a toddler and a crawler with us and the house worked well for them. Our grandson loved watching for golfers from the deck.
We hope we will be able to come back to this house and stay longer next time.
Everything was perfect. The only negative is that the water view was not very good. I thought the house was great.
We always stay in hotels for fear of worn out sheets, old upholstery and so many other unknowns. This house was fantastic! It was about as nice as our house. Everything is new and nicely done. The house was stocked with dishes, appliances, family games, Xbox, etc. We cooked for 10 with no problem.
It's a 1 minute walk to the beach and backs on to a golf course. The street in front of it was not busy (this was March). All in all this was a great house for all ages.
3 bedrooms, 2 of them en suite. The third bedroom had an extra day bed in it. The downstairs family room had a huge sectional couch with a pullout sleeper. There was also a little niche that two 9 year-old cousins shared though it'd be a little too cozy for more than one small person. There's another big sectional upstairs as well. Sleeping 6 adults (2 couples and 2 grandmas) and 4 kids was very comfortable for us.
