This hotel does not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. We like to take snacks and drinks but not warm drinks. No where to put leftovers, which we had plenty of. Bathroom was so tiny. Room was clean and staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are not at this hotel but rather across the street and over on next block in sister hotel. We were there for a week so these missing things were a big deal.

We'd like to thank Bea, Mark and the entire staff at the Hilton for making our wedding absolutely perfect! Everything we wanted to have happen, happened, and nothing that we didn't want to happen, happened.

Bea was our main contact point during the whole process and was super friendly and helpful throughout. We really appreciated all her help and her can-do attitude. Mark was our main contact on the big day and made sure everything ran smoothly.

We had the Skyline rooms for our event and the view was tremendous and the environment perfect. We ate, drank and danced the night away. The food was much better than we expected and everything about the evening was perfect.

Thank you Bea, Mark and your entire team for a beautiful and flawless wedding that we will always remember!

Location was great for my race. The staff was friendly and the tech in the room was fun to have. Loved using my
Phone to unlock the room. Could stream from devices to the tv. Next time in the area we will be staying here.

I'm a frequent traveller and I think this is my first time that I felt my room was not completely clean when I entered the room. Perhaps the maid was in a rush but there was a wet towel left on the bathroom counter and garbage underneath the desk (see pictures). In addition, the carpet was frayed and the door and walls were scuffed in various spots. I thought my room could have benefitted from a makeover.

That said, the location was very central and close to numerous shopping outlets and restaurants and the lobby was very nice.

Great location, but room felt more like a cruise ship suite then the more spacious accommodations available elsewhere. Regulated cooling system resulted in uncomfortable night sleep. Modern styling and clean rooms, but with the feel of sterility rather than comfort. Long wait for service calls.

Thank you for your feedback Cory A. I am sorry to hear our guest room was smaller than you expected. This hotel was built back in the 60's which is why the space is limited. I also would to apologize for any delayed service you may have experienced during your stay, as this is not typical. Next time you're visiting Portland, please feel free to reach out to me directly, and it would be my pleasure to make your next stay memorable!
