You can't beat the location -- beach front property with a stunning, up-close view of Haystack Rock. However, the house itself needs serious updating. In particular, the upstairs bedrooms had dirty, worn 70's shag carpeting, and the house smelled quite musty. Also, be aware that this is one HALF of a house. The walls were paper thin so we easily heard the neighbors in the other half of the rental.
For the price (which varies greatly depending on the time of year -- we were in peak season and paid $492 a night plus various add-on fees), this property should be much nicer.
With some hesitation, I am clicking that I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend -- but that is solely on the strength of the location.
