Waited 15 minutes to be seated because no one was cleaning tables. There were plenty of dirty tables that needed cleaned. This should have been done to avoid families and couples from waiting way longer than necessary. The staff wondered around like the walking dead and dodged to the back room. I saw plenty of staff walk out then duck back in to avoid having to do anything. We were told it was a 45 minute wait for our food. We said this was OK. Our fried pickles came out in 45 minutes cold and the dipping sauce was near frozen=HORRIBLE. A different waitress brought a hamburger and fries and I told her I did not order fries, She took it all away. Five minutes later another different waiter brought out only onion rings, We told him it has been an hour and our order is not right. At no time did my wife's order came to the table. We waved our waitress over to complain and tell her we were leaving. She said she wouldn't charge for the pickles. How nice of her to only charge us $7.04 for two drinks we did not finish. It will be a VERY long time before I visit this location. I go to the other towns that have Buffalo Wild Wings often enough to wait for the other locations.

Food took forever 15 minutes just to get water , food came out staggered and COLD . I had to go get my granddaughters food from the kitchen , no need to blow on it it was room temp. Mine finally can and it was cold . the rest was finally delivered and yep it was COLD !!!! Server told us she was not allowed to deliver her own orders to the table ? WE did talk to manager and he did not charge us for 4 of the 7 meals we ordered . I won't go back !!

This BW3 is very much like a locally owned business. The quality of the food, the
cleanliness of the restaurant, and the attentiveness of the staff, are all Top Shelf!
Mike and Madison; Managers of this location, consistently visit tables and the bar;
to make sure that customers are pleased with ALL aspects of this restaurant. It was
a very relaxing visit; the service was great;so was the food! One of THE BEST
EXPERIENCES EVER at a BW3!!

The wings were tender on the inside and lightly crispy on the outside. The flavor was good; however, the "heat" was a little overbearing for the flavor. The service was not great. The server cane out with a frown on her face and barely smiled the entire time. She did not come back after I received my food until she brought the "check." The noise in the place was nearly unbearable.

Food is good. The sandwiches are huge and delicious. It's a sports bar so it is very noisy. Not a good place to go for quiet conversation
