We pulled in the drive thru was wrapped around the building. I thought about leaving but noticed cars were going they pretty fast. I looked at the time and was shocked we were done in ten minutes . Coffee and sandwich’s were hot and fresh! Employees were friendly

I have no idea what happened to the staff when Tim Hortons decided to remodel their dining room!! The service is horrible, the people are rude, and they couldn’t get a order right to save their life! I used to love to go there and the service was great and consistently good now I find myself anxiously awaiting the opening of the Dunkin’ Donuts right up the road.

This place has a drive threw and they are usually very busy. Sometimes cars are backed up clear out on the highway. Service is very slow but once you get your food, it is very good

I grab a cup of coffee here about every Sunday if I'm not traveling... service is slow..... but every Tim's I have been in is super-slow..... but the coffee and Timbits are pretty good!!!!! A nice place to relax and unwind!!!!! Marion's is pretty typical!!!!

Tim Hortons is a place for a coffee and donuts. Usually it's a clean place where you can seat to enjoy your coffee, browse your tablet or your phone and stay if that's your plan.
Unfortunately the expression customer service is not well known in this particular Tim Horton's, the girls behind the counter rather chat among them instead of attending the customers.
I do not like the drive through and when traveling I choose to stop and step down and enjoy a ten minutes break. Yesterday, it wasn't the break that I'd planned. I'd to wait for fifteen minutes to be served because in one tilt, the attendant was dealing with a young couple and couldn't find their way. Another three ladies were busy chatting among them and one guy was working with the drive through. Inside the stores you could see four couples and we were three people on line waiting till one of the ladies decided to open the second tilt to serve us.
That's not the service I'm used to when visiting Tim Horton's.
This happens on Monday December 5th. in the morning towards noon.
