Totally worst experience in a restaurant in my whole life. First trip in went to one of the order stations, waited 5 minutes to place my order. Then I waited 10 minutes for just two counties and I decided to leave without them. I went today hoping things were different. Pulled into place my order at the CarHop station I was told to wait a minute to give my order I waited 5 minutes I kept bringing the red button nobody ever came back to take my order. So I went up to the drive-thru order that was a white SUV in front of me with about four kids in it and they just sat there to place their order I waited about 5 minutes and I'm just going to leave but the white car moved ahead they moved ahead because they never placed their order they never got waited on it. I stopped pushed a button nobody answered so I drove around the corner of the white truck I already left full of kids that was going to spend a ton of money, and there was a black car waiting at the window to get their order from the person inside. I left again I'll never go back. They obviously only have one person working I can't believe that for a franchise like that to be that horrible

Workers did not respond to the drive through order taking system. Drove to window, ALL workers were on their phones and yelling at each other. One worker started walking towards the window, laughed, and turned around and walked away. Very unprofessional.

I ordered through the app. Their ice cream machine was broken and they wouldn't refund me the money I paid for iceie. Scam.

Workers wouldn't serve my elderly mom. She asked for them to repeat her order-order needed corrections & they called her rude & wouldn't serve her.

burgers were cooked and value was good fries were hot and shakes were thick and creamy will go back next time we are in Marion
