We ordered online for pickup, and most of our order was wrong. With the order being online, they can't say they misunderstood our order. Husband ordered garbage burger and it had nothing on it. We'd ordered various sauces on the side and only received one kind - queso. No sour cream for the taco salad, so it went to waste, The onion rings were almost burnt and had almost no onion in them. They went in the trash, too. Only thing that was correct was my Ralphie Burger and the green bean side dish. I'd also ordered wings, but they sent the wrong kind. I can eat them, but not happy. No side sauce for them, either. We will not be ordering from Ralphie's again.

Friday 11/10/23 we visited store in Marion Ohio. Located at 1833 Marion-Mt Gilead Rd Marion, OH 43302.
This store is unprofessional and needs help, new staff and maintenance.

So, we decided to come to this place to eat as a group of a few. Here are some of the reasons we will not be returning to this restaurant ever again.
- We waited 20-35 minutes after being seated to be waited on.
- Staff attended to party group first 3 waitresses.
- They spilled cake on us and did not offer to clean it up or clean the store floor.
- We waited over an hour and half on our food because waitresses where outside smoking.
- One of our meals was a cheeseburger meal and the burger came out bloody 3 times.
- It was not offered to be taken off the bill.
- They tried to charge us for mayo that we didn't order.
- Manager (Rick Stutler) came over and was very rude to us.

This store needs major change, or it will be shut down.

At first, we weren't impressed. the hostess looked like she would rather socialize with co-workers and other guests rather than seat us. Our waitress more than made up for our initial impressions. She was attentive, with an infectious smile. Food was okay. Nothing over the top. However, the onion rings were awesome! An easy walk from our hotel.

The wife and I stopped in for a bit at 8:00 yesterday evening. We stood at the hostess stand for five minutes and nothing. Three employees looked at us but did not acknowledge us, lol. If the kitchen had already closed that is fine; they could have informed us. They just ignored us. I guess that is why they were almost empty on a Friday evening.

Almost $12 for a hamburger. I took my dad to lunch and spent $50 for an appetizer (shared) Burger and salad and chicken chunks, drinks. $25 per person for lunch is not a good deal right now. Food was just ok.
