Stopped here on a snowy day for lunch and used the drive thru. Fast friendly service but the food was just OK. The burgers were small and rather bland. Not many fries in the order and they were way too salty. The shake was very good. Prices weren't bad. Better options nearby.

There no longer are hostesses and wait staff. You enter and order and pay by kiosk. You then take a seat, and when your order number is gruffly and loudly called by the kitchen staff, your tray is set on the counter and you come pick it up. The food is still as expected, very good, but service has changed drastically. Not really a complaint, as everything was satisfactory, it is just different than how it used to be.

As opposed to other reviews from around this time, our service was pretty good. Went to the counter, ordered our food. In well under 10 minutes, we are out the door with our burgers, fries, and drinks. Better burgers than most places, good fries, and better shakes than almost anywhere else anymore.

This is our second time here where you wait and wait to get seated. No one acknowledges your presence. The couple behind us left. I went to the Manager and finally got seated.

I stopped in for lunch as I’m working today in Marion. My goal was to enjoy a steak dog but it didn’t happen. I sat at the counter and was totally ignored. One lady came up to the counter to cash out a couple and never acknowledged me. Ultimately I left unserved. This was a terrible experience and I doubt that I will return. Oh yea, they weren’t that busy and poor service is most likely the reason why.
