Great service and the food was good and very clean and today and sanitized for customers eating in could not have asked for better service

I go there before class often to get coffee and if I use the kiosk I still have to go ask for it because they serve it off the screen and forget about me. Last week they gave me the wrong biscuit and today get the wrong order completely. I’m honestly so disappointed with this place.

This is by far the worst mc donals I have ever been too !!! I order chicken. Mc nuggets and ice coffee medium xtra ice and a hamburger . The food literally was cold and looked like the chicken nuggets had been laying in a lamp for hours they were so hard and the bread was old on the burger and here was the kicker I order 2 medium Carmel ice coffees they gave me large and said they were out of medium !!! How do you run out of medium ice coffees and have large really !!! I want what I order !!!

Located in a very busy location, and it is very popular. It was very busy during our lunch time visit and that caused a little wait for our food and drinks.

We stopped by earlier in July during a trip through Marion to Northwest Ohio. I had visited this store two years ago while returning from a trip to Cedar Point. The service at that time at their drive in was slow - think watching a 90-year old running a marathon. While impressive...it was SLOW!

We chose McD's and this location as we were enticed by a coupon on the McD's iPhone app (of which I am a big fan) . The store was moderately busy but well staffed. Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed ordering kiosks and did my best to avoid them (due to prior bad experiences), but was redirected by an assertive associate to try it.

And of course, it refused to acknowledge our coupon. I then relented and tried the counter where the coupon again failed. The counter worker called in management who eventually acknowledged the coupon was failing and worked around the problem to ensure we received the promised discount.

Part of the order included chicken tenders which....were chewy and undercooked. (Getting that taste out of your mouth is not easy.). I returned them to the counter who offered more of the same. I declined after waiting a good five minutes for that offer to be made. I was getting angry and impatient.

While waiting for my girlfriend to return from the restroom, the manager offered me anything I wanted. My first thought was to say "I want you to turn back time by 15 minutes and let me go elsewhere", but I didn't think he could make that happen so I suggested a Filet o' Fish which I received in a moment or two. It was fine.

So, a failed coupon experience, slow service and food that was not prepared properly pretty much sums up the visit and why I encourage anyone thinking about stopping by to just keep driving.
