Yesterday, we were simply asked to leave- about 3 hours before posted closing time. The 'manager' just waltzed over and said they needed us to leave because they' were closing early for remodeling. Before this, said manager was siting in the cafe arguing on the phone with someone for all to hear.

We observed a group of people were turned away for the same reason.! These people should have been served.

When I called to voice my concern, the "19 year old adult" who answered simply argued and whined that she was " only 19, " She made no effort to listen to what I had to say, an simply reacted in an immature, definsive manner.

This location has some of the best employees I've seen at any Starbucks location.they are always busy and yet,wait times for excellently prepared hand crafted drinks is almost always minimal. They are always friendly ,no matter how busy they are.

This is the only starbucks in Marion, and the service is not super consistent, but the interior is nice after their recent remodel. I've had great experiences with perfection, but I've also had apathetic visits with error after error. If you have a allergy or need something dairy free, I recommend watching them make it. I have in several occasions been given a drink with dairy. Thank goodness I only get migraines and don't have a more serious allergy like some of my other friends. I gave them a 3 instead of a 2 because more than usual if they mess up, they make it right.

Fast service, friendly staff, will stop here again. Consistently good products at another great Starbucks, including food!

Multiple options on your coffee choices and great selection of breakfast sandwiches and more make this a great place to whet your hunger when you're on the road, like we were, or have more time to set and enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was all one would expect from this popular chain of coffee shops.
