My food was mediocre at best. I know everyone's taste are different but for me, I'll stick with Jimmie Johns which is right down the street

So I hate giving this score for this location due to the fact it my be a newer location. The fries are excellent, no issue there. I ordered the the cheese steak, very messy and not what I’ve gotten from other Penn Station’s. I ordered the 8” and had very little meat the entire sandwich was falling out of the sandwich and it had one end with nothing but banana peppers and some onions. The Sandwich was not even cut well.

The service was fast and friendly. The fries are fresh cut and very good. The sandwich was ok nothing to really write home about. If you need a quick meal and want something more than a cold cut sub like subway this is a good choice.

I took my family to Penn Station for lunch. It was very unorganized and confusing to order. There were no clean tables to sit. The food was good but nothing different than other sub restaurants.

For a fast food sub place, the food is decent enough. But the prices are outrageous for what you get! For just 2 subs, fries, and drinks, expect to pay into the mid-thirty dollar range, which my family and I consider to be priced way beyond what you should pay for their food. Penn Station seems to be trying to be an "upper crust" sub place and in doing so, they feel it necessary to overprice their food in comparison to quality. You can get comparable (maybe even better?) subs at other places in town for $15 cheaper.
