They cooked my husband's steak rare instead of medium well as ordered. I received 2 salads with the wrong dressing, and an order of mixed veggies that I didn't want. I ordered twin lobster tails and there was no butter for them, nor was it offered as an extra that I saw. When they get the food right, it's great, but we often get odd things or food prepared wrong.

Stopped for lunch on way home from Columbus,ordered bacon cheddar melt burger and fries. Wife ordered lemon pepper chicken, son ordered chicken tenders and fries, place looked nice clean , wife said hers was bland no flavor. I ate my burger finishing my fries and was thinking I ordered my burger medium was a bit more rare and the cheddar seemed like runny canned cheese for nachos, but the kicker is I was grabbing my pickle spear and surprise a nasty dead bug under it. I politely notified our server and he got the manager, he seen the bug and said he will remove it from our bill, but kinda looked at him like right. So he said he would get all of our meals ,so we got up and left .this was unfortunate for our server he was great and should have gotten a tip. It's really gross to think if there where any other bugs on the plate i missed and may have eaten. We will never stop there again. Wish I had taken a picture to post

Terrible. We had the chicken and the ribeye. Something tasted really funny with the chicken and we told the manager. She said that she had heard that feedback a lot (so then take it off the menu). We ordered a strip steak instead.

It took over 10 minutes to get the replacement meal. As a general rule in restaurants, if you are replacing a bad meal for a customer you do it ASAP.

The prime rib also had a weird taste to it. I was wondering if it was microwaved.

When the bill came both the nasty chicken AND the replacement meal were on the check. It took another ten minutes to get this resolved. When the check was finally resolved, the waiter disappeared so we had to go to the bar to pay.

As an ex-waiter, the right thing to do would have been to comp the chicken AND the steak.

We had a wonderful waitress, Aomi, who went out of her way to serve us. Great personality and very attentive. Great meal and drinks.

This place was amazing... Very nice decor, the food was awesome, the price point was very reasonable...My hubby had the prime rib & I had the chicken with bourbon apples, bacon, and brie....Yummo!!!

Our waitress (Danielle) was absolutely awesome. She was so sweet & friendly and checked with us in a timely manners. She was quick to get our refills & anything else we needed.. Will def stop next time we are in the area
