Agent found a way to make our situation work. Even though we had issues with the online system the agent quickly thought of resolution which made our stay very comfortable.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. It was dirty and most of the things in the room didn't work ( shower, wifi and tv). The staff wasn't rude, but just didn't say anything at all. Couldn't check out due to no one being at the front desk for over a half hour while the alarm was going off.

Hotel was dirty, cockroaches, building in bad shape, breakfast was baskets of pre-packaged muffins, breads, bars lined up on the reception desk. Under renovations but should clearly NOT be rented out until finished. would NOT recommend!

the place is ran down, no one at the front desk in the morning to check you out and no breakfast even though there was supposed to be, room smelled terrible and appeared to have the neighbors smoking, front automatic door doesn't even work, vending machines where not working. just Absolut worse hotel I have been around in over 5 years of traveling.

Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else. This hotel is in the process of being renovated but the lobby and hallways look the same they did over 25 years ago. The rooms would look nice if they actually put you in a room that is fully completed. Plus side is they are pet friendly.

Okay the building looks run down and thats because it is! The bed however thin was actually really comfortable with fluffy pillows. They had nice fluffy towels. Dove products for personal care! They are trying! However if you cant do old smells, this is not the place. No breakfast either. It needs some TLC but has potential. Was clean and comfy but not visually appealing.
