This hotel is horrible. It's falling apart, dirty, o pool, dirty towels with holes. Bathrooms not cleaned thoroughly. It was recently purchased from Comfort Inn and should be shut down until it is remodeled. It looks nothing like the photos. Breakfast put out late morning and is cold coffee and hostess packaged muffins and oatmeal packets.
Doors were scratched, reeked of smoke, bathroom was disgusting along with the tub. Roaches in the window sill of the room. Bathroom had broken outlet covers. Would not recommend for anyone to stay here
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. All I can say is it was not what we were shown in the pictures, not even close and probably one of the grossest places I’ve stayed at. No one was ever at the front desk. Front doors were broken. Ants in our bathroom. Roaches in the hallways (could be in other places). There’s signs everywhere that say no smoking yet there were cigarette butts everywhere and smelled like cigarettes everywhere. They never cleaned the floors from people walking around barefoot from the pool. I almost fell in the elevator once because someone had left a large puddle of water in there. Fridge and microwave in our room didn’t work so our food went bad. There was stuff in the drawers, I couldn’t tell you what it was but it was a dried up liquid. Toilet was dirty when we got to the room with dried up pee on the seat. Paint was scraped and peeling off almost every wall and door. I know it’s under renovation but this was just outrageous with the amount of problems we encountered. DO NO STAY HERE. I added a pic of the roach we saw
If you have a choice, choose a different hotel. This is the 2nd time I have left a Choice hotel before the end of my trip. It looks like the hotel is being renovated, so maybe at a later date it will be better. My experience: The front automatic doors didn't work as with the last Choice hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, cigarette burns on the sheet and duvet. Looked very outdated and like everything needed a good cleaning. The internet would not show up for my laptop to connect. (as with the last Choice Hotel). The shower looked to have cigarette burns on the floor of the tub. Shower curtain you could stand on, the towel rack looked to be pulled away from the wall. Do not know if there was breakfast options as we did not go down. The pool area we walked down. The size of the pool was great. The small pool was not filled. The vending machine in the lobby had just 1 choice the rest was empty. Maybe when all the renovations are done it might be like the photos on the internet. But, right now very misleading.

House keeping and pool was the best thing about stay.
Liked · The pool was nice and warm and house keeping was very polite.
Disliked · The spa was broken. The service desk people weren't friendly and made me feel awkward. Two ladies talked about a guest room being broken into. I don't think they should be discussing that kind of matter in front of all the hotel guests. No towels at pool area and waited 15 mins for someone to come to service desk. Called several times. Later came back and finally got pool towels. The hotel breakfast was very basic... Small Bagels and plain donuts. The hot water was cold and no juice. The bathroom and tub was very slippery even with a towel on the floor I slipped and bruised my leg. Not to mention the remodeling the carpet was torn out off the walls and laying upside down where someone could easily fall or step on a staple that's inside the carpet.
