My sister and I stayed for the festival. The place is very dated and definitely needs remodeling. That said, the staff was amazing! The young lady at the front desk got us checked in very quickly. We had a few issues, one was spiders which is a phobia for my sister, and another was an issue with the bathroom sink. When we brought the matter to the young lady at the front desk she immediately sent a gentleman to our room to fix the problems. Mike was our hero! He fixed the sink, got rid of the spiders and made sure there were no other problems with our room before leaving. Unfortunately, the breakfast SUCKED!!! It was really disappointing. The owners of this hotel has done a great job in hiring staff, but will lose future guests and will continue to receive poor reviews unless they improve the hotel and it's amenities.

Worst beds I’ve seen at a hotel, and that includes roadside stop and sleep motels. Worn out, on wheels, and inconsistent. I will never consider another “quality inn” nationwide because of the beds in this one. Steer clear unless the kids need a pool. I’d have rather slept in that on a float.

this hotel is nasty theres black mold on the walls refrigerator and micowave the bath tubs leak and manager is rude to everyone and never around there never any toliet paper or towels the halls r full of trash theres a number at the front desk that ask to call if no one is there when u call the number it says the voice mail is full
